To start a return, the item you’re sending back needs to be unused, kept in the exact condition you received it, and placed back in its original packaging. These three points are what we look for when a package arrives at our returns desk.
Before you reach out, make sure you can include a receipt or any other proof of purchase with your return. Without that, we won’t be able to move forward with the process.
Sometimes an item comes back to us showing clear signs of wear, or it’s no longer in its original state. Maybe it arrived damaged, or some pieces are missing—and none of that happened because of a mistake on our end. In those situations, the refund you receive will be a partial one, reflecting the item’s current condition.
